How it works For Musicians.

Start your journey by filling out our Online Form above. The audition process has two steps. First, we’ll have a meeting to get to know you, vetting for personality fit—because while everyone can read notes, not everyone can be a good human!
Once that’s done, you’ll audition on your instrument for our panel of industry judges.
Once approved, you’ll be officially welcomed into The NZSC family, gaining access to incredible opportunities across Private Events, Corporate Functions, Studio Recordings, and Live Shows & Festivals.

Once you’re onboarded, you’ll get full access to Locrian (pssst, it's a bit like AirBnb and Uber), our proprietary app designed to make managing your musical career easier than ever.
Here’s what you can expect from Locrian:
Booking Dashboard: See all your past, upcoming, and future bookings at a glance, with details like location, event type, and client information.
Real-Time Availability: Update your availability easily, and it syncs automatically with the client-side booking system so you're only booked when you're free.
Earnings & Invoicing: Easily track your earnings and file your hours after each gig. All financial information is transparently presented in Locrian, so you always know what you’re earning and how payments are processed.
Post-Booking Chat: Connect with other musicians, session managers, and clients after the event in our chat rooms to discuss performances, feedback, and more.
